Over just four days\, from June 9 to 12\, more than 200 employees came together to make a quiet but meaningful difference.\n  \nThis wasn’t an obligation. It was a choice and Cyient employees made it with conviction.\n  \nEvery sapling plant will grow without knowing who planted it. Every seed distributed will bloom in someone’s home garden\, unannounced. The eco-quizzes sparked conversations\, the plantation drives created green cover\, and the organic seeds found their way into hands that will nurture them – because someone chose to show up.\n  \n That’s the kind of good that doesn’t make noise but takes root in ways that matter. DESCRIPTION:Cyient Foundation in partnership with the Red Cross Society\, hosted a Blood Donation drive across its campuses in Uppal\, Manikonda and Madhapur. Colleagues set aside their busy schedules\, walked into a donation camp and gave blood – some for the very first time. Over just three days\, May 20\, 21 and 22\, our partnership with the Red Cross Society resulted in 30 Liters of blood collected\, a contribution that could help save hundreds of lives in the hospitals across Hyderabad.\n  \nThis wasn’t a mandate. It was a choice\, and Cyient volunteers made it without hesitation.\n  \nEvery unit collected will travel directly to thalassemia patients in hospitals across the Hyderabad – restoring energy\, stabilizing lives\, and giving families a little more time with the people they love. They will never know the names of donors\, but the gift will arrive – because someone chose to show up.\n  \nThat’s a quite kind of good that doesn’t make noise but matters more than most things that do. This initiative reflects Cyient’s commitment towards society and its people.\n\n

Students presented more than 10 innovation ideas\, sharing detailed presentations on the problems they are addressing and the solutions they are building.\nThe sessions\, led by Prof. Raghu Reddy (IIIT Hyderabad)\, were highly enriching and provided strong conceptual and technical direction. Following this\, Prof. Raghu and Dr. Sudhakar Potukuchi (Cyient Foundation) offered in‑depth feedback on each idea\, enabling students to refine their concepts and articulate clear next steps.\nThe program concluded with strengthened ideas\, improved clarity of thought\, and renewed enthusiasm among all participants.

It offers three NSQF-aligned skill pathways—AI-Enabled Digital & IT Literacy\, AI-Driven Digital Marketing & E-Commerce\, and Agri-Tech & Aqua-Tech (Drone Operations)—delivered through a 12-week\, practice-intensive training model. Designed to train over 300 participants annually\, the Hub aims to achieve at least 75% employment or self-employment outcomes\, empowering rural youth\, women\, farmers\, and self-help groups to access sustainable income opportunities aligned with emerging digital and agri-service markets.\n

The celebratory atmosphere was enhanced by a live band performance at the open atrium. To further engage children and create a more memorable event\, the Food 4 Thought Foundation also set up four interactive stalls. The highlight of the event was the “Reading Decathlon”- A quiz competition in which 12 schools from across India competed in 10 intense rounds of reading challenges consisting of 200 questions. Kendriya Vidyalaya\, Kerala emerged as the winner of this thrilling competition.  \n  \nThis high-energy event aimed to rekindle the love of reading among urban kids and inspire a generation to see books as tools for empowerment. A particular mention goes to our supportive crew\, who worked tirelessly to ensure the event’s success.  \n  \n      \n
