Mr. Krishna Deevi is the Head - Corporate Social Responsibility, Cyient Ltd., passionately works in implementing Cyient CSR activities through the voluntary organization Cyient Foundation. In the present role, works with a purpose of holistic development of community in and around and improve people’s lives. Actively involved in strategic planning & budgeting, programme management and stakeholder’s engagement. Responsible for developing CSR budget & project planning in alignment with CSR committee and global CSR focus. Drives strategic CSR programs based on local needs while aligning with Global CSR focus areas.Driving impactful CSR programmes and engages with senior leadership teams in India to ensure business alignment and value. Defines KPIs and creates an impact measurement framework to monitor the program’s progress and evaluate continuous improvements. Responsible for ensuring CSR compliance with the prevailing rules / laws of Ministry of Corporate Affairs and reports and monitors the impact of CSR and drive the impact assessments. Responsible for ensuring CSR governance together with Regional / India CSR governance committees, and as per the requirements of regulatory authorities, having strong knowledge and experience on CSR compliance and prevailing rules or laws related to CSR in India. Krishna is fully responsible for ensuring CSR governance by working in close collaboration with internal legal, compliance and finance team; as well as externally with auditors.
