Cyient Foundation in partnership with the Red Cross Society, hosted a Blood Donation drive across its campuses in Uppal, Manikonda and Madhapur. Colleagues set aside their busy schedules, walked into a donation camp and gave blood – some for the very first time. Over just three days, May 20, 21 and 22, our partnership with the Red Cross Society resulted in 30 Liters of blood collected, a contribution that could help save hundreds of lives in the hospitals across Hyderabad.

Every unit collected will travel directly to thalassemia patients in hospitals across the Hyderabad – restoring energy, stabilizing lives, and giving families a little more time with the people they love. They will never know the names of donors, but the gift will arrive – because someone chose to show up.

That’s a quite kind of good that doesn’t make noise but matters more than most things that do. This initiative reflects Cyient’s commitment towards society and its people.
