Cyient Foundation celebrated the 11th batch of its 100 Days Later initiative at the Cyient Rural Micro Skill Centre, Mahabubnagar. The 100-day employability programme equips rural women with industry-relevant skills in Electronic Soldering, Bedside Assistance, Entry-Level Manufacturing, and Back Office (Non-Voice) Operations.

The programme concluded with a Valedictory Ceremony, during which participants received employment offer letters, marking the beginning of their professional journeys. With this milestone, the initiative has empowered 1,200 rural women across 11 batches through industry-aligned skilling, mentorship, and placement support.
